In short: for a full gluten-free fry-up, Greenhills Country House (£16.50) and 2 Tasty (£12.50) both label theirs GF, and The Windmill's can be made GF on request. For lighter brunch, The Potato Shack, Locke's and Fenn & Co have NGCI or GF dishes. Toasters and fryers are the breakfast risks, so ask about both. Eggs, hash and brunch
- El Tico Beach Cantina (St Ouen): Tico Hash with chorizo, serrano and poached eggs, or a veggie hash that's also dairy free (both £12.95, NGCI). Diners report staff confirm the potatoes are cooked separately.
- The Potato Shack (St Helier): NGCI Woodlands Hash (Jersey Royals, chorizo, poached eggs), Shack-shuka baked eggs, a sausage and egg muffin, and French toast (£13).
- Greenhills Country House (St Peter): bacon and mushroom eggs Benedict (£12.95, GF).
- The Pavilion (St Helier): steak and eggs (£24.50, GF), plus eggs on toast (£10), a Benedict (£17) and a morning hash (£17) that can be made GF.

- Locke's Coffee & Grub (St Helier): porridge made with gluten-free oats (£5, until 11am), plus a GF granola bowl and chia pot (£11 each).
- Greenhills Country House: porridge (£10.50), labelled both GF and vegan. The Pavilion's blueberry and apple porridge (£12) is also GF.
- El Tico Beach Cantina: breakfast fruit bowl (£10.95) and maple crunch yoghurt (£9.95), both NGCI.
